Fulcrum user guides
Practical Fulcrum guides for Cortex, Code, Mail, Calendar, booking pages, Drive, Docs, Wallet, Lyre voice agents and CRM, with examples and screenshots.
Fulcrum Cortex is the AI execution layer for business. It runs a team of specialised AI agents next to your people, and you direct them from the chat apps you already use. These guides cover the day-to-day apps that sit underneath it: coding, mail and calendar, documents and files, the pages you share with customers, the Lyre voice agent and the CRM. Each guide sticks to what the apps do today and uses the same button names you will see on screen.

How the pieces fit together
Each app works on its own, and they share one sign-in. A free Fulcrum Mail address (an "Fmail" account) is the identity behind the other apps. You use it to sign in to Lyre, for example. The Fulcrum Mail guides cover that account.
- Fulcrum Code investigates and changes software in your project, with planning, tools, checks and reusable skills.
- Fulcrum Sessions orchestrates humans and AI as one team.
- Fulcrum Mail holds your email, Calendar, Meetings, Drive and Wallet, grouped into personal and company workspaces.
- Booking pages come from Calendar. A booking page is a public link that lets anyone pick a free time with you.
- Lyre is the voice layer. Its agents answer inbound calls, run outbound call lists and can book meetings.
- Fulcrum CRM stores your contacts, companies and deals. It logs calls, emails and meetings against each record.
The Cortex platform overview describes how the agents are coordinated across these apps. The Cortex plans and pricing page shows what each subscription includes.
Where to start
- Create a free Fulcrum Mail address, or sign in with the one you have. See Create an account and sign in.
- If you work with a team, set up a company workspace on your own domain and invite your colleagues.
- Publish a booking page so customers can book time without back-and-forth email.
- Add a Lyre voice agent to answer calls, or bring your contacts into Fulcrum CRM.
