Fulcrum Docs Guides

Get started with Fulcrum CRM

Sign in to Fulcrum CRM, find your way around the sidebar and Quick Actions, set up notifications, and read the dashboard and lead reports.

Fulcrum CRM is an agent-native CRM: people and AI agents work on the same contacts, companies and deals. It logs emails, calls and meetings against each record so the history is always in one place. In Fulcrum Cortex, the CRM is the shared memory of the fleet; the Fulcrum CRM page on fulcrumcortex.com shows how the agents use it.

There are two places to sign in:

  • Your account at fulcrumcrm.app/login, where you manage your workspaces, billing and credits. Sign in with an emailed 6-digit code (Send login code) or with Continue with Fmail.
  • Your team's workspace, the CRM itself, at the address your administrator gives you. You sign in with a username and password.
  1. Open the invitation email and select Verify & Set Password. The link is valid for 24 hours.
  2. Choose your password.
  3. Sign in to your workspace with your Username and Password. If you forget it, use Forgot password? and Send reset link.

Workspaces are invitation-only, so if you don't have an invitation, ask your administrator. To start a new CRM for your business, see Fulcrum CRM pricing.

Quick Actions

The + tab on the right edge of the screen opens Quick Actions, such as New Contact, New Company, Send Email, New Deal, New Task, New Invoice and Invite User. Pin the ones you use most so they stay as icons under the + tab.

Notifications

Select the bell to see your 40 most recent notifications. In Settings → Notifications, untick the channels you don't want. Select Enable on this device for push notifications, then Send test notification to check they arrive.

Dashboard and reports

  • The Dashboard shows cards such as Pipeline Breakdown, Web Enquiries, Activity Insights, Score Distribution, Top Prospects and Recent Engagement. Drag cards to reorder them. Use the Team picker and a period (this week, this month, the last 30 days or this quarter) to focus on one team.
  • Reports → Leads shows new leads, people, new contacts and how many became a deal, broken down by source and by owner, for the period you pick.
  • The Sales dashboard has a Me toggle to show only your own numbers.

Guides in this section

Choose a team workflow

Start with contact ownership, a shared meaning for lifecycle stages, a pipeline and a routine for logging the next action. Import a small clean sample before bringing in a large dataset. Give new users the role they need and check that their record visibility matches your expectations.

Continue beyond the basics

Use Reports and workflows to connect contacts, tasks, deals and campaign results into a repeatable process. Check the underlying records whenever a dashboard number seems inconsistent.
