Lyre credits and billing
How Lyre credits work, how to top up or subscribe, how to pay from your Fulcrum Wallet, and where to find invoices. Only organisation owners can buy credits.
Lyre runs on prepaid credits. Calls, SMS and other usage draw down your balance, which shows in the sidebar on every page. Open Billing (the Usage & Billing page) to see your balance, usage and payment options.
How credits work
- 1,000 credits = A$1.
- New calls are blocked when your balance falls below 200 credits. Keep a buffer before you start a campaign.
- Each call's Cost breakdown in call history shows where the credits went.
- Phone numbers are billed as a monthly subscription.
Ways to pay
Only the organisation owner can buy credits or manage the subscription.
- Open Billing.
- Choose how to pay: a one-off top-up pack, a monthly subscription that adds credits each month, or your Fulcrum Wallet.
- Complete the checkout. The new credits appear in your balance.
Top-ups
Top-up packs start at A$10, priced before GST. Larger packs come with bonus credits.
Monthly subscription
A subscription adds a fixed number of credits every month. Current plans and prices are on the Lyre website.
Fulcrum Wallet
If you already use a Fulcrum Wallet for other Fulcrum apps, select Link wallet to connect it. Top up opens the Wallet so you can add funds there. Wallet credit uses the same rate: 1 AUD = 1,000 credits.
Invoices
Select Manage billing & invoices to open the secure billing portal. There you can download invoices and update your payment details.

Understand setup charges and usage
Inspect the actual line items for number rental, calls and other enabled services. A top-up and a monthly subscription are different purchases. When a shared Wallet is connected, confirm which account is funding the work and use Wallet history and credit lots to reconcile the balance.
If a payment or call allowance looks wrong
Check the selected organisation, payment status and final invoice or transaction entry. Keep the payment reference for support. Do not submit the same checkout again until the first result is understood. Current billing screens determine the applicable prices and allowances.
