Pages you can share from Fulcrum

The public pages Fulcrum makes for people outside your team: booking pages, booking management pages and expiring Drive file links, and how to create them.

Most of Fulcrum sits behind your sign-in, but a few pages are meant for people outside your team. Customers, guests and suppliers can open them without a Fulcrum account. This guide lists those public pages, what each one shows, and where to manage it.

Booking pages

A booking page shows your available times and lets a visitor book one. It never shows the details of your other events. You choose its link, length, location, weekly hours and the calendars it checks. Every booking is confirmed by email before it's added to your calendar.

If you only need booking pages and not a mailbox, you can sign in to Fulcrum Calendar with Google or Microsoft and use booking pages on their own.

Shared file pages

When you share a Drive file outside your company, Fulcrum creates a link to a simple page. The page shows the file's name, size and link expiry date, with a button to download it if you allow downloads. Files are scanned for malware before they can be downloaded.

  1. In Drive, open the file and select Details.
  2. Open the Sharing tab and go to External links.
  3. Choose a Link expiry of 1 day, 7 days or 30 days.
  4. Leave Allow download ticked if the recipient should be able to save the file.
  5. Select Create link, then Copy link and send it to the recipient.

Each link lists its status (Active link, Expired or Revoked), its expiry date and how many times it has been downloaded. Select Revoke to switch a link off early.

Only the file's owner can create external links, and only for files, not folders. Your company workspace must also allow external sharing. An administrator turns this on with Allow external sharing in Workspace → Settings. To share with colleagues instead, use Share with on the same tab and pick Viewer, Commenter or Editor.

Invitation response pages

When you invite someone to an event, guests who don't have a Fulcrum account answer from a page linked in the invitation email. The page shows the event, asks Will you attend?, and records their answer in your calendar. See Use the Fulcrum Calendar.

Looking for website or landing pages?

Fulcrum Mail doesn't include a website builder. For marketing and campaign pages, Cortex's coding agent can build them for you. Read about landing pages built through Cortex and the Fulcrum Code agent. To capture leads on a site you already have, embed a Fulcrum CRM lead form.

Test a public page as a recipient

Open the link in a signed-out browser window. For a booking page, check the time zone and visible slots. For a shared file, check the name, expiry and download option. For an invitation, verify the event and response options. This catches permissions and link problems that your owner session can hide.

Check that you copied the complete URL and that the link is still active. For Drive, confirm external sharing and download permissions; for bookings, confirm the page is published. Treat file-share and booking-management URLs as private links when they reveal content or control a reservation.
